Jacqueline Fernandez got a huge relief after facing a money laundering case

Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez got a huge relief after facing a money laundering case. To this extent, the court has given permission to go abroad. Jacqueline Fernandez has filed a petition in the court seeking permission to attend the IIFA Awards from May 25 to 27 in Abu Dhabi.

Meanwhile, Special Judge Shailendra Malik allowed the application filed by Fernandes. She is an accused in a money laundering case. Apart from that, it has become a priority to give permission to travel abroad till June 12.

Apart from that, the judge also allowed him to go to Milan, Italy from May 28 to June 12. Jacqueline, who is an accused in this case, was not arrested even though the court granted bail on November 15 last year.

The Enforcement Directorate has registered a case against Sukesh Chandrasekhar on the basis of an FIR filed by the Economic Offenses Wing of the Delhi Police, who is facing charges of duping Aditi Singh, wife of former promoter of Religare Enterprises Shivinder Mohan Singh.

Shivinder Mohan Singh was arrested in October 2019 in a case related to misappropriation of funds. It is reported that Sukesh Chandrasekhar and his accomplices pretended to be government officials and took money from Aditi on the promise of bailing out her husband.
